Classes/Divisions:
- Divisions: Marksman or Novice.
- Class 1: Any Standing Position without artificial support, NO AIDS i.e. Slings
Sticks, Railings, Trees, etc. supporting body or gun.
- Class 2: Any FT Position, see
AAFTA Rules for definitions.
- Class 3: Rested Position, Any informal rest (benches, seats, Rolled Jackets
Blankets, Ladders, etc.), only supporting the gun in one location. If rifle, butt of gun to be supported by shooter.
Rules:
- Firing Distance - 10 Meters (33 Feet).
- Marksman - 30 Targets on one 8 1/2" X 11" sheet of paper.
- 3 Shots per Target for a total of 90 shots and perfect score is 90/90.
- Novice - 20 Targets on one 8 1/2" X 11" sheet of paper.
- 2 Shots per Target for a total of 40 shots and perfect score is 40/40.
Scoring:
- The Center BULL is Black and is a full 6mm so you can bury your pellet inside it!
- The Score ZONE is White, any pellet completely inside this white zone, or Touching the Black, scores 1 point!
- The Neutral Zone is Orange, any pellet in or touching this zone (unless also touching the Black) equals NO SCORE.
- Here Is The Biggy: any pellets not touching the Orange that are outside the BULL completely,
DEDUCT 1 point ! ! !
- Submit scores each week by Monday 11:59pm Central time. (The automated process is based on the day of week here in Texas. We have bigger days than anyone else anyway!)
